Jeffrey Loyet is the Vice President of Information Technology for Potter Electric Signal. I began my relationship with Potter as an IT Consultant in 2006, then joined the organization as the Director of Management Information Systems in 2007. During my 17+ year tenure I have watched the organization grow from a 2 office organization located in St. Louis, MO to a global manufacturing organization with 12 locations, located in 5 different countries on 3 different continents.

I began my technology journey in the late 1970’s with the introduction of the Apple IIC. I built my first network utilizing a LANTastic Server and coaxial cable. Since that first summer of 1989 I have always had a job that was based in Technology. I hold a bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville in Computer and Management Information Systems. I have worked with organizations as small as 3 users to as large as 20,000+ when I was the Director of Server Administration at SIUE.

I a member of the Executive Steering Committee for the Department of Computer and Management Information Systems at SIUE and participate in several regional groups bringing together Information Technology Leaders from across the Mid-Western United States.
